Meet the Inspector
Curt is the CEO of Lind’s Property Inspections.
Before becoming CEO in April 2022, Curt was a partner at another home inspection company in the Hampton Roads area from 2018 to 2022. He was responsible for the company’s operations, end-to-end management, and client service and support across all Hampton Roads markets. He also led the company’s inspection team and played a key role in developing strategic real estate relationships, ensuring adaptability in an increasingly demanding marketplace.
Curt served in the United States Navy for 24 years, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He earned a BA from Saint Leo University in 2014 and received his Virginia Home Inspector certification in 2017.
Curt is a proud veteran, licensed home inspector, and owner of Lind’s Property Inspections LLC, serving all of Hampton Roads and beyond.
He regularly attends home inspector conferences across the United States to stay informed and better serve his clients. Curt is in the business of honesty. As the proud owner of Lind’s Property Inspections LLC, he believes in sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly with clients—empowering them to make informed decisions when purchasing a home.
